Return & Refund policy

We take the utmost care in ensuring our selection is of the highest quality. However, we understand sometimes things don't work out 🖤

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: info@flamingos96.graphics
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To simplify the process, take a picture of the damage and do not accept the goods from the carrier.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, bottom lingerie, and so on). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 30-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WHAT TO DO WHEN RETURNING BY POST:

  1. Before returning any goods to Filodoro, please complete the returns form that you can find on the delivery note that came with your order, and include it with the items being sent back:
    • Remember to indicate if you would rather exchange the goods or receive a refund. Please note that all refunds will be made to the credit card originally used.
    • Select the reason for the exchange or return.
    • If exchanging an item indicate clearly what product you would prefer instead
    • We always welcome feedback; so feel free to let us know your thoughts.
  1. Please fix the international returns label provided to the front of the package ensuring all old labels are covered and/or removed, and mark the box ‘returned goods’.
    • Take to your local post office and post via a recorded or signed-for delivery service.
  1. To make a return or exchange, we need to receive the goods back to our office in their original condition – so, please ensure all goods are packaged securely.
  2. We are not able to accept any returns on any products that have been worn and are not in their ‘original’ condition.
  3. We can only accept refunds or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
  4. The cost of returning goods to Flamingos96 is the responsibility of the customer.

Helpful Hint

Flamingos96 is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Flamingos96 will not issue store credit for your returns.
